Occam’s Razor Recruitment was created to provide relief work within our own Barber shop. My aim was to allow my colleagues the freedom to book holidays without the restrictions within a small business and to minimise loss during unexpected absences.
Occam’s Razor Recruitment now provides the Barber Shops and Hair Salons of Yorkshire with staff that have the skills for all individual business requirements, specifically offering much needed relief work to established businesses.
We understand that staff taking their annual leave or having time off due to sickness or personal reasons can have a huge effect on customer retention. Our service minimises losses and provides stability for local businesses.
We have found that the five day standard week doesn't suit everybody’s needs. Many Barbers, Hairdressers and Salon owners benefit from choosing their own availability for work, improving quality of life.
