We had one clear objective, to uphold the ethical and moral stance in a business sector that was, in our opinion, in decline. Two branches were opened simultaneously, Mansfield and Ripley. Since then the business has grown year on year even through difficult trading times. The turnover of the business has increased annually with this current year projected to be without exception. Branch openings have been achieved through organic growth with a measured approach and funded by the business to ensure self sustainability.
What we do?
Simply, we supply temporary and permanent staff to Industry and Commerce. From Cleaner to Cad Design Engineer or Order Picker to Operations Manager, our believe is that a good recruiter can take a job description and company culture and match it with a CV and an individuals personality. “Recruitment is Recruitment, is Recruitment!”
