In 2009, Katrina Collier founded Winning Impression when she saw that there was little help around for companies who wanted to learn how to use social media to recruit or for job seekers who wanted to know how to open hidden job opportunities.
Since its inception, she has become a speaker, trainer and writer on the use of social media for recruitment and job search, drawing on 10 years experience in the recruitment industry and over 7 years of using social media to hire.

Katrina breaks social recruitment down into social sourcing, social distribution and employer branding, and through a range of bespoke or workshop training shows HR and in-house recruiters how to recruit the best people directly.
