We have highly-networked Consultants and a full supporting infrastructure to conduct assignments in the UK and internationally. We leverage the capability of our in-house Occupational Psychologists to provide greater predictability of job performance, and we are able to benchmark candidates' competencies quantitatively against a proprietary database - a unique service offering.
Talent: We have a track record of working with clients to assess and develop the capability of both teams and individuals, through the design and development of bespoke talent applications. Our solutions are leading-edge, highly relevant, and maximise participant enjoyment and learning.
Career: Our Career practice provides advice, support and guidance to senior individuals going through or considering career change. Our career services differ from standard outplacement provisions in the quality of experience provided and our ability to draw on existing Search and Talent experience to provide deeper expertise tailored to individual client needs.
