PGC’s founders were previously service line leaders of Executive Recruitment and HR Consulting for Deloitte in the UK.
PGC consultants all individually have a mininmum of 12 years search experience and collectively we have over 100 years between us.
PGC has worked with clients in almost every sector of industry and commerce and undertaken recruitment assignments across the management spectrum. Typically we work at board, executive and senior management levels, but our services can also be very effective when recruiting into highly specialised technical and interim positions.
